As a result of many years of experience in delivering complex, end-to-end Value-Added-Services and Service Delivery Platform (SDP) solutions in Telco we offer architecture consulting and audits as well as technology assessment in the area of Intelligent Networks and Next Generation IN – Convergent Applications, VAS solutions, SDP, IMS and service brokers.

We can support both the vendor selection process – by helping to define best-fit solution, as well as large-scale implementation projects.

We help in defining transition path for legacy systems (for example proprietary VAS products such as SMSC, MMSC, USSD GW, GMLC and others) to consolidated open-source based platforms.

We assist in migration from SS7-based telecommunication architecture to SIP-based – IMS domain, VoLTE, VoWiFi.

Audits

We perform system audits various types of backend systems. Our focus areas include:

• Operating Systems – verification if the OS is configured optimally – if not required services are disabled, accounts’ policy and setup, CPU and volume usage; we ensure that all latest OS patches are enabled.
• Networking – checking network configuration in aspects such as connectivity, routing, performance, peak bursts handling, load-balancing, resilience and others.
• Databases – verification of data coherence; data reconciliation; data flow & retention policies; DB optimization;
• Security – audits of system security on various level – platform, connectivity, user; System hardening; compliance with company policies.
